Fr Lou met with the Search Committee this past week as we look to fill the open position of Administrative Assistant. Our committee is comprised of members of the Administration and Finance Teams from both parishes. In their discussion, it was decided that this position be evaluated to see how it can best serve the needs of St Frances of Rome parish as well as support some of the administrative duties of both parishes. The Parish Councils will have input on this topic as we find the best solution for this role. We will keep you updated as more information is available.
In the meantime, Suzann is still assisting us on a part time basis with the print bulletin and Ministry Scheduler. We have volunteers helping with reception duties, and have assigned other tasks among staff so that all current needs are covered. We are so grateful for the assistance of our administrative volunteers, Rose Coomes and Shelley Wohlleb, and we will be reaching out to those who expressed interest in volunteering with administrative help on their membership update forms at the beginning of the year. Please pray for us as we discern the best path for this role.
