St. Frances of Rome Guest Speaker -Rabbi Gaylia Rooks

Since mid-August, parishioners from St. Frances of Rome, St. Leonard, Holy Spirit, and Holy Trinity have been studying women in the Old Testament. As we have learned about the cultural and historical contexts in which these women lived, we have also been inspired by their stories of faith, love, and   perseverance in the face of life-altering challenges.

To conclude this series, we have invited Rabbi Gaylia Rooks to offer her insights from years writing and teaching about these scriptures and these notable women from ancient Israel.
