St. Frances of Rome Organizational Chart
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Our partnership continues to evolve. Today I am sharing information on the organizational chart for St. Frances of Rome (see graphic). A brief description of each box is found below:
Pastor and Associate Pastor: Father Steven and I continue to enjoy celebrating Mass as well as serving the St. Frances community. We will both continue to spend scheduled time at St. Frances of Rome. If you need anything, please feel free to contact us.
Finance Council and Parish Council: Dutch and Mary will continue to lead the Finance and Parish Councils, respectively. I would ask all to consider becoming members of these two advisory groups. If you are interested, please let Father Steven know.
Business Manager: Bruce Hines has an office at Holy Trinity and oversees financial, maintenance, information technology and other support services.
Finance Manager: Terri Hayes has an office at Holy Trinity and leads financial management and accounting activities for both parishes.
Accounting Specialist: Allison Deaton, previously the Bookkeeper for Saint Frances of Rome and St. Leonard, has an office at Holy Trinity and handles financial transactions and HR matters associated with St. Frances of Rome, Holy Trinity and Holy Trinity-Clifton school.
Finance Administrative Assistant: Jill Greer has an office at Holy Trinity and also handles financial as well as HR matters for both St. Frances of Rome and Holy Trinity.
Director of Facilities and Operations: Steve King, previously the Parish Manager for Saint Frances of Rome and Saint Leonard, maintains offices at both Holy Trinity and St. Frances of Rome. He manages the planning for necessary improvements leading to facilities maintenance as well as operational items requiring attention at both HT and St. Frances of Rome.
Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Team: These four individuals will continue to have a periodic presence on the St. Frances of Rome campus in addition to their work for Holy Trinity.
Director of Faith Formation and Pastoral Care: Sharon Bidwell, previously the Director of Evangelization and Formation for both St. Leonard and St. Frances of Rome, is the Director of Faith Formation and Pastoral Care for St. Frances of Rome. She maintains an office at the Parish House for St. Frances of Rome.
Director of Sacred Music and Liturgy: Elizabeth Jackson serves as the Director for both Holy Trinity and Saint Frances of Rome. Elizabeth’s office is at Holy Trinity.
Director of Stewardship and Engagement: Betty Jean Cobb will be spending scheduled time at Saint Frances of Rome, in addition to her duties with Holy Trinity, leading both stewardship and parishioner engagement activities.
I am blessed to work with all of these individuals! But, most especially, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Pastor for both Holy Trinity and Saint Frances of Rome. You remain in my prayers and please pray for me and all those responsible for serving you.
